HOW CHANGE HAPPENS:
First, a comfortable free flowing conversation allows me to clearly understand your goals. Then, I help you achieve a relaxed yet focused mental state in which the subconscious mind can be easily accessed. Here, we engage with the the repository of emotional learnings. It will feel natural and familiar. This mental state occurs multiple times every day. We experience it in the period just before falling asleep, when absorbed in a book or story, driving, and when daydreaming. In our session we'll enter this state for therapeutic purposes.
In this state, we can access old, limiting thoughts and patterns and replace them with positive ones that support your goals.
